First Cold Chain spiral freezer includes single spiral freezer and double spiral freezer.

Single spiral freezer supports flexible layout with low-in high-out and high-in low-out design. Double spiral freezer adopts low-in low-out structure. All models can be made as non-standard customized design according to customer workshop size and production flow.

The mesh belt width is optional from 400mm to 1000mm. The production capacity ranges from 200kg/h to 5 tons per hour, suitable for small workshops to large industrial food processing plants.

Three refrigeration solutions are optional: Freon system, Ammonia system and CO2 cascade refrigeration system. We can customize the configuration according to local environmental rules, energy saving requirements and factory conditions.
