FSL Series Spiral Freezer Product Description
- FSL Series Spiral Freezer are mostly used for flour food freezing, meat freezing, seafood freezing and prepared food freezing
- Spiral freezer Structure:
- Stainless steel conveyor belt; equipped with safe guard both sides
- Sandwich PU panels laminated by stainless steel plate both sides floor panels are equipped
- Door is equipped with frame heating device
- Aluminum evaporators, variable fin pitches
- Axial fans: stainless steel air box, aluminum blades
- Complete welded stainless steel water discharging plate will be installed on top of floor panels. It will bring defrosting water out of cabinet through many stainless steel draining pipes
- Drum, inlet device, outlet device and all structure parts are made of stainless steel
- the FSL1000 Spiral Freezer parameters as follow:
- frozen product :ice cream
- capacity: 1000kg/h
- cooling capacity: 120kw (±40℃）
- refrigerant :R404A/R507A/R717
- inter/out temperature: -4/-18℃
- inside room temperature:-38±3℃
- freeze time :10-50min (adjust)
- the spiral freezer body size: 7*5*3m
- the materials use full stainless steel structure SUS304
- the evaporator use large anti-rust aluminum finned tube group, the rest of the 304 stainless steel

- the panels use double face stainless steel and Self-extinguishing Flame Retardant Polyurethane 150mm Thickness
- the conveyor belt we could use 600mm,650mm,710mm etc ,according to clients choice.
